Lifeline

A personal timeline for everything you remember

Your whole life, on one line.

Lifeline puts the homes, people, work, trips and turning points of your life on one calm timeline. Add things whenever they come back to you, even if all you know is “about 1998”.

A living timeline. It grows as you remember.

  1. Add what you remember

A house, a trip, a first job, a goodbye. Pick a day, a month, or just a year. Double-click the timeline to drop a moment right where it belongs.

  2. See your life at a glance

Each part of your life gets its own coloured lane. Zoom out to see decades, zoom in to see a single summer, like moving around a map.

  3. Share it with people you love

Send family or friends a read-only link. You choose which lanes each link shows.

Not sure of the date? That’s fine.

Memories are fuzzy. Lifeline shows that. An exact date gets a sharp edge, a year gets a soft one, and “about” fades out gently.

  • Exact dates · 12 Dec 2016 – 20 Jan 2017
  • Only years · 2014 – 2017
  • About · c. 2007 – c. 2009

Quiet years ask a gentle question.

When a few years are still empty, Lifeline asks what happened then. No reminders and no streaks, just a nudge when you’re looking.

One life, a different view for each person.

Make a link for your family that shows homes and milestones. Make another for friends that only shows travel. They can look, but they can’t change anything.

Events marked private never appear in any link.

Yours first. Shared only if you say so.

  • Private by default

Nobody sees your timeline until you make a link.

  • Private events stay private

Mark an event private and it never shows in a shared view, whichever lanes the link includes.

  • You control every link

Choose the lanes per link, and delete a link to close it for good.

Start with one memory.

It takes a minute: your birth date, a few lanes, and the first thing that comes to mind.
